No. Comfort return policies mean increased costs and that all gets built into the end-price the customer pays - For that reason do not offer a comfort guarantee.

We think so. We’ve picked the mattress we feel best fits the description “Medium”. It’s right in the middle – not too soft, not too firm… and the price is just right.

Once it’s out of the box there’s no turning back. We believe our mattress will suit most people, but in the unlikely event you don’t like it, unfortunately you will need to find a replacement at your own cost.

Good news, it's both! Our mattress is a conventional pocket spring mattress, with comfort foam layers and a pillow top (just like you'd find in a regular bed store). You can learn more about it here.
